abs light flashing after tyre change

i changed the front tyre on my 92 fj1200 and now the abs light is flashing.now i did prise the pads apart to get the dics back in but pumped them back to get a good brake.another thing is i cant start up the bike as the tank and fairing are away to get painted.hope it just needs a run or have i done something wrong?everything seems connected ok.
