Ok it is removed my eyes are bad close up cant see a dam without my jewelers gizmo still need an answer on the needle rollers and seals for the bottom shock mount.... or am I confusing this with something else???

Yes, you are confused.
The '84/85 FJs used bushings in the swing arm linkage. In '86 Yamaha converted over to needle bearings, a better solution.
This has nothing to do with your shock. This is the linkage to your swing arm.
If you want to do this, you can look up the part #s by going to this site and looking up the '86 FJ info.

Hey Chiz

Im going to look for other local bearing suppliers and if that doesnt work buy some online.

Not sure this will help but this is what I used when I did the F4i conversion to fit the 12mm bolt. (1990FJ)

I had to "machine" open the eye slightly with a dowel and some emery cloth.
