hello, I'm the new owner of a 87 fj1200. great bike, gotta love that torque. it has only 15k miles and looks almost showroom new. If I figure out how, I will post a few pics. This looks like a friendly, helpful forum. Looking forward to learning lots. Keith, oh I am in Charleston, SC.

Welcome ! You will enjoy the FJ ! Ask questions as you go, there is a lot of good help here. If you can then go to one of the rallys this year. There are days of reading in this site about the FJ.

Welcome to the group.  :hi:.

As George said, Ask questions as small issues pop up.

There are 2 FJ rallys that are an easy ride from Charleston,SC. The spring Rally is at Boone, NC and the fall rally is at Tellico Plains, TN.

Gorgeous area that you hail from. I grew up about an hours drive south of you.
