I bought a motor on E Bay 400.00 delivered to my door 40.00.I did the swap.My other engine spit 2nd gear.This one holds and doesn't spit out 2nd.I am glad

What year is your new engine from? You might still have to be careful with missed shifts if your engine is stock but pre 89/90 I think. Now that you have a spare you can fix 2nd gear and turn it into a torque monster...

And welcome FNG, perhaps an introduction is in order. Been riding long, did you do the swap yourself?
