85 FJ1100 and 94 FZR1000 swap

i have a FJ that i love, however the motor is knocking something fierce. i have a complete 94 FZR1000 that i would like to dismantle to update the FJ... any help on what parts are a direct swap, things i need to put on the FJ and so on would be a help. the FZR has a extended swingarm ( i hate) and no fairings along with no title. the FJ could use all the help it can get as it was negleted for some time from the previous owner. but i love the way she rides.
