So I picked up a Scorpion Exo 500. The owner of the bike shop recommended it. It fits really nice and also is so much more quite then my shoei. It also came with a internal sun shield.  :good2: as well as pump up Cheek  pads. Had her on the highway today.  At 65mph I could hear my FJ. Sweet. Over that I herd slight wind noise. So far very happy with it. My girl friend picked up a HJC. He bought a bunch of over stock ones from HJC.  $150 dollar helmet he gave it to us for $75. Not that I would let cost play a factor in safety but it is SNELL approved as well as DOT so that was an easy decision. I would of gotten one but he only had them in a baby blue scheme. Perfect for her not so much for me.

Let me add to my last post, custom fit ear plugs... They are the SHIT.... I can sleep in them, the wife...er the dog snores.... They fit your ears, look for deals at gun shows.... Tell them they are for helmet use so they keep them low profile...  Awesome!!!

What he said.

Just don't get 'em made up in black.

Or green, you can drop them on grass too!

I wasn't too worried about the using the green, since they're connected to the rest of the set.

My first set was orange, and they were great, but one of 'em disappeared anyway.

I too have orange and I am amazed the number of times and places I have managed to find them.

When I first got them I threw one some distance onto sparsely grassed rough dirt to see how easy it would be to spot. Easy!

I then did the same thing but throwing over my shoulder, took me 20 mins to find it.

Many...

Fixed for you, but I absolutely agree with the sentiment.  Some manufacturers will vary their selection to ensure that they cover a wider variety of head shapes with their lineup.
