I've only dealt with RPM once. That experience was so positive that I will absolutely buy from them in the future. Their products are good. But you can get good products at other shops. What you cannot get is the superb customer service that RPM provides. I emailed them on a Sunday concerning a part. Randy emailed me back that same day! Who does that?  :good:

Randy is indeed awesome. He cleaned my carbs and has been helping me troubleshoot an idling issue.
I'm sure he's busy, I don't know how he finds time to answer questions like he does.
