Title: What Battery Acid does to a connector
Post by: aviationfred on July 13, 2013, 04:07:42 PM
The connector for my fuel gauge has been eaten up by Battery Acid. The connector has been this way since I bought the bike and the fuel gauge has worked properly the whole time. I finally got around to repairing it. I used a 4 pin Molex connector from Radio Shack as a replacement. Here is a photo of the Acid eaten connector.
