Title: Sprocket hub bearings: Sealed or not sealed..that is my question.
Post by: Persistant on June 06, 2013, 11:27:22 PM
As I am coming close to finishing my Suzuki rear wheel mod I am replacing all the bearings and seals with compatible but non Suzuki OEM parts.  The stock bearing on the outer side of the sprocket hub is a non sealed one protected by an outer seal.  My replacments have seals, should I pull the seals on the bearing or leave them?

Cheers,

Andrew

IMO leave them... At least that's what I did.. They do no harm.

Leave them, they're sealed bearings, already packed.
