Hi.
I have the Givi Wing rack on my bike with 2 monokey E36 hard bags. The cases are obviouly of old age but still in good shape.

I was woundering if there is possible to use other monokey cases, if they are compatible. Would like to replace them with a set of newer ones with more modern look.

Ken,

The monokey cases are all interchangeable. I have the E45 cases on the side an a V46 on the top and they can click into either position. The monolock system is different and those cases will not fit on the monokey racks. Hope that helps.

For a more modern look you might consider looking at the GIVI E41 or the V35 panniers.

As stated already, all the monokey cases will work , but the V35 will not. I've got a set of V35's on my FZ1 and the mounting system is much different than the wingrack on my FJ.

Your monokeys are more modern than mine. Have you looked into painting them to match the color of your FJ?

Hi. Yes i an thinking of paiting them.

The bike will be getting a new paint next winter so i thought i might do them casew as well.
