A buddy at work shared this one with me. How could I not share this with the group?

Let's see what MSF and CSC (Canada Safety Council) topics are covered in this video:
1. Push (counter) steering
2. Eye Lead - look where you want to go
3. Curves - always better to start on the outside and work your way in through the apex
4. Braking -If you watch the slow motion replay you can see how late he actually waits before applying the front brake
5. Collision Avoidance, specifically Object Fixation. See point #2.
6. Passenger Riding - only one passenger at a time!
At least he was wearing proper riding gear but like many other things in life (golf, fishing...), having the right gear doesn't mean you know what you're doing!
Cheers,
Zwartie
Proper gear, except the one proper gear he needed? the one in his head, judging by the video, he wasn't going to fast for the turn, looked almost like he ran into the bike rider on purpose, I truly hope not :wacko3: :dash1:

Sad truth is anyone can buy a motorcycle and anyone can buy leathers and all the most expensive gear out there but not everyone belongs on a bike........
Money can't buy you experience......... It just buys you gear, books and magazines with pretty pictures. It incredible to me that you can buy a ZX 14R that with a little TLC can touch 200 mph and they don't even care or check for a drivers licence. 15 years old, no problem, no experience, no problem just show me the money......
I shouldn't care other than it puts a collective bad light on all of us. And the "do good" folks / politicians (who don't ride) get into it and pass laws that effect all of us. Case in point is all the "anti stunting" laws being purposed because of idiots stunting on public roads. I better go chill :))) :dash2: :morning2: :morning2: :morning2:
George
Looked like an extreme case of target fixation to me.
Wow, now I'm sitting here going through all of the videos of that camera guy, he catches some amazing things. This is probably one of the best Harley Davidson Lowside Motorcycle Crash (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYxU_lYBHpY#ws)
:sarcastic:

I've seen several videos of that type of H-D riders and never could figure out why they walk away casually as if nothing had happened, like they don't care anything about their bike. This one even made a point of not looking at it. :unknown:
BTW isn't that oil drip kinda normal for one of those?
