Installed a set of Renntec case guards (THANK YOU RANDY!!!) and a new set of horns, the horns still need to be wired but at least they are on the bike. Bought the horns off of ebay, Supertones knockoffs about thirty dollars delivered last fall, one high and one low just hooking them up to the battery they were very loud. I am sooooo tired of people cutting me off, maybe this will get there attention. At least they will know there is something there.

:good2: :good2: :good2: I like the horn idea. I would like to put some kind of alarm system in. Nothing fancy, just noise if it is moved.
Randy sent me a new clutch slave (also thanks Randy) and I got it installed. Rebuilt the GSXR rear brake caliper. One of the two bleeders was totally plugged. Guess that's why one pad looked new and the other down over 50%... New pads today if in stock if not then on order... Happens out West...

Adjusted the valves the other day, now all intake are .005 and exhaust .007. Finished wiring the horns, very loud now, will definitely get some attention. Started installing Randy's carburetor screw and o ring kit. Got to FJ done WCR less than two months away.

I should have named this thread getting ready for WCR. Today I installed Randy's fork valves. Did not take it for a test ride yet, too cold here, planning on doing that over the weekend. Getting closer to the rally and bike is about half done. Trying to get some small things done, end of this week will have the T-Ace swingarm back from the machinist. Have some things to paint and when the bearings get here then start pulling the back end apart. Modis has reached an epidemic level here. Stay away highly contagious.
