Can anyone confirm that this is the correct order?

Screw, spring, washer, o-ring?

I believe this is how mine were upon dis-assembly, but then again each of my carbs was missing ALL the pilot air jets! (I'm surprised it idled at all).

Yep, the screw head presses on the spring which presses on the washer which seats the o ring.
