Title: FJ Clutch Release Bracket
Post by: derbybrit1 on December 22, 2012, 10:52:40 PM
I stumbled across this trick FJ Clutch release bracket.  It replaces the countershaft cover with a billet machined piece that supports the clutch slave.  If you want racey, this is it:

Here is a similar item modified from the stock forward sprocket cover.

Judging by the usual amount of goopy shit under that cover, you'd think running a more open cover would throw shit all over that area and your ankle?

Still look really neat though.

I agree, It would look cool with the counter sprocket being exposed. Yet I was thinking the same thing about having chain lube slung all over your ankle.

Nice piece - use it on the dragbike (spaced out to clear the offset c/s sprocket) but wouldn't use it on me street bike for the reasons given. Bought mine directly from PMFR for cheaper than they were listed on eBay!
