I received a set of saddlebags from RickT. I was a bit concerned about the mounting, since I read somewhere here that the 91-93 mounting brackets would not work with the earlier years because of the change in exhaust hangers. I will admit as I tried to install the brackets and things didn't seem to want to line up. I got the parts to line up using the rear foot pegs as a mounting point. After that, all was good. Thank you RickT for the awesome bags.

That's a good looking FJ!
Does the H&B top box fit on there with the Corbin backrest installed? :scratch_one-s_head:
I know that with the Givis, it won't.
the HB topbox doesnt sit any more forward than the hoop on the rear rack unless you have the optional passenger backrest installed.
Looking good and ready for travel!
Kookaloo!

My Givi 46L Monokey box fits fine with the Corbin and backrest... It does prevent opening the box 100%, but it opens enough to allow me to get my XL Shoei in and out.
