Title: 1989 Mirrors
Post by: pj166 on September 29, 2012, 01:52:57 PM
I made some adapters for my 1989 to work with CBR mirrors.  I've been machinist for over 25 years.  I put a pair on E-Bay hope to get around $20.00  E-Bay Item #170917230717   I don't know how to insert pics here or i would.  Thanks Paul

I did not picture how they worked at first. Now I can see the advantage, when entering the Kookaloo zone of tunnel vision causing speed, they allow the mirrors to fold back under the brutal force of air pressure, allowing for less drag and even more speed. No point in looking behind you at that speed. If anything can keep up, you really don't want to know any way.

I still have 2 sets.  I seem to have lost some pics.  I made these and they are tapped on the one end for CBR mirrors. Thanks
