Well i finally got tired of not be able to adjust my headlight so i took off the cowling and removed the headlight and the adjustment. i looked around and found a 1/4" swivel adapter so i cut off the male end and drilled a hole in it for the adjustor and then drilled a hole in the other end for the roll-pin. Put it back together and it works great.

I have a second one that needs this fix. I had the option to fab up the broken part.

Electrical Heat Shrink wrap it with grease in it for lubrication. No chance of it falling apart then
