Title: krauser luggage

hey guys i need some help! just put the luggage on that i got with the fj and its a bit wobbly!!! any wee tricks to to get it more solid and secure...

whats wobbly?  the luggage in the mounts or the mounts themselves?

If I recall correctly Krauser bags mount very much like the Hepco becker bags do. A plastic lug that connects into a portion of the pipe rack and a latch assembly on the other end of the bag that is suppose to pull the side case into the frame.  If the bags are moving make sure the plastic lug is located properly into the pipe frame and the latch assembly pulls the bag in tight to the frame on the opposite end of the bag.

On my Hepco Becker bags the latch actually pulls the side case in tight to the frame.

this...... + i believe the latch plate is also adjustable to add more tension.

Unfortunately, I still do not have this set in my possession, but I want to buy.
I think a normal spring washer to replace the pad to reduce vibration.
Oraginal coast instead of putting self-closing coast.
