Title: Speed = Time over distance
Post by: Klavdy on August 02, 2009, 06:13:08 PM
But if you go fast enough, you can go backwards in time!

So fast the Cops have to use the wayback machine and catch you in 2007!

Yep, got written up yesterday with a ticket dated 2007.

Klavdy,

Good luck!  I've had experience down here in VIC where an "obvious" error of date was NOT allowed as reason to cancel an infringement. :-(

GPS Log at the time of the alleged offence if it had occurred in 2009, not 2007.

Nice video!  I didn't get the: "Nah, Sorry, I tell a lie" repetitious bit...but that's okay.  I can feel the gears turning from here...compiling all of the data...deciding whether to fight it or not.  Funny...cops look and act the exact same the world over...

How was it we didn't get pulled over?

Although I do remember that one cop wanted us bad enough he followed us into town.  He seemed rather disappointed when we stopped for gas.

Good luck in fighting it.  Hopefully it doesn't count as too many points.

Dunno about Oz, but I suspect it won't help you.  Here they just want your money.. don't care about technicalities.

I got a ticket on my old XS650 once.. when the cop asked for my info, I didn't have it so I handed him my registration from my FJ, which I kept in my wallet.  So he writes the whole ticket with model/ year, etc info from my 1991 FJ registration, but the license plate from the 1976 XS650..

Got to court, pointed it out..  The judge basically called me a sneaky bastarard.
Thought I was gonna get the chair.. :hang1:

That's the Cops voice, admitting that he LIES!

We didn't get pulled over coz, well, we suck.

Nah, luck of the draw mate, that's all, these two cops were targeting bikes that weekend, they most certainly did NOT catch either of us on radar at 99 KMH(that's the cutoff), next bump up goes from $197 & 3 points to $363 and 6 points.

They tried so hard to get either of us to admit to speeding, Hahahaha! as if you would.
Neither cop had any idea I was taping them.

Nah, this was bastardry, I'd cop it sweet if it's a fair job but this was revenuing.
Cops get to rub their erections while handing out tickets, then roar away over the double lines, break speed limits themselves, meh.
We saw another two lots of bikes get pulled over by the same cops while we were talking about what had just happened.

Klavdy,

Where is his safety vest ?????

NOT wearing one is a workplace health & safety infringment for that officer with a $350.00 fine for him.  :dance2:
