Rally seasons going to be here sooner than you think, means long days in the saddle on unfamiliar roads.
best to make sure that not only your bike is in tip top shape, but also that you are in condition.
Core strength, stretching and yoga seems to be the best way, what are you blokes doing to ensure you are fit to ride?

I'm doing about 100 miles a week on a rock hard bicycle saddle. After that, motorbikes feel like an easy chair.
BTW, is that you looking up at the girl in the sweats from behind?

.......well I found me a sure fire formula to get the shape I need. I went out and grabbed me a little green ball :bad: .....and imagined myself at the airport preparing myself to be searched..........and I mean SEARCHED !!!!!!!
