Hi from Somerset (UK - in case there is another in the world)
I've had FJs for a number of years, and am now on my third - a 1990 3CV with 50K on the clock, that runs like a swiss watch :good2:
I believe them to be one of the most underestimated bikes on the road.
Had an FJ11 in my yoof - the ground clearance was big problem with the way I rode in those days so after a good number of years and thousands of happy miles traded up to an EXUP (the only new bike I have ever owned).
My first love is defo BIG ZEDS and I have a 1977 Z1000A1 and am currently restoring a Z1100 A1 shafter.

I also own a tractor (HD FXDCi) which I only bought to replace my 1050 Sprint on which I was surely going to die :diablo:
The poor Fudge is un-restored and is used an abused throughout the year; I'm always banging on about restoring her, but my Missus always tells me that then I won't have any bikes to ride in the winter!

Personally I wouldn't touch the stuff - I've seen what it does to others  I've seen perfectly respectable bikers reduced to jibbering wrecks after surprisingly small doses.
