Hey Guys,
I just got my new riding gear from LeatherUp.com. I received a 10% unlimited online discount code: 55634 you may be able to use.
Still waiting on my new Signet Q long oval helmet from Arai.
In my accident last summer, it cost me $930 in sacrificing my helmet, jacket and pants....and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Yeah, but you got a nice set of F1Rs out of that. :-)
DavidR.
Yes, I did!!!! You should see them now David, are you coming to Colorado?
I'd really love to come to Colorado. Unfortunately, my spring trip to Arkansas will be during that time. However, I'll keep an eye on Colorado and if anything happens to my AR trip, I might be able to do something.
Vacation is tight this year. Moved into a new house and have to rearrange a bunch of wiring and other crap the builder screwed up. Amazing how little thought they put into the small conveniences that make a house liveable (like giving me ONE freakin plug where the TV plugs in, knowing that I'll also need to plug in a cable box, DVD, amp, gaming system, etc, "but it's against code to add another plug next to that one" unless I want to pay another $100 (amazing how money seems to make something code compliant, but I digress)).
Also have a Boy Scout canoe trip to Canada (eh!) with the son in July/August.
I know, far too much info.

....... "but it's against code to add another plug next to that one".......
As a former Building Official, I can tell you that is bullshit (you knew that) The National Electrical Code (NEC) specifies a
maximum distance between the outlets, not minimum. IOW if the builder wanted to add 2 plugs next to each other it's no problem with the NEC.
With the frequent lightning strikes in your area, you want to invest in a top of the line surge protector (re-settable and non sacrificial).

That trumps everything...... everything. Those events are too precious to lose.
Well, now that Pat has helped hijack his own thread...
Arkansas, you say?
Never been to the Ozarks.
Okay Dan: A canoe trip IN Canada. :-)
Randy,
The good stuff is in the northern middle of the state. Shouldn't be too far for you. I'll be taking it a bit easier this year until my "Fun Tax Period" expires (either that or I'll have to stay clear of Newton County).
Looks like there was more tornadoes in the area. Last year it was BAD. We saw several areas that were absolutely devastated. Really surreal stuff, suddenly the landscape is all in disarray, the trees are mangled and houses either have their roof torn off or are flattened.

(sorry for the thread jack Pat)
No problem, think of it like sitting around a camp fire.....Hope your new digs has a basement.....I'll take earthquakes any day....
Where are you going to be taking your Scout? Are you going to be eastern or western Canada?
Thank You Pat!!!!!!!!!
Pat's discount code still works after over a year, just saved me 10% on a new set of tires. :good2:
Kurt
Yes, thank you Pat... I just ordered a front tire. Last month I bought a rear from them. Best price I could find.
