A driver was stuck in a traffic jam on the highway outside Washington, DC. Nothing was moving. Suddenly, a man knocks on the window.
The driver rolls down the window and asks, "What's going on?"
"Terrorists have kidnapped Congress, and they're asking for a $100 million dollar ransom. Otherwise, they're going to douse them all in gasoline and set them on fire. We're going from car to car, collecting donations."
"How much is everyone giving, on average?" the driver asks.
The man replies, "Roughly a gallon."

I hope they come over here when they are done...our leading polititical party seem to think a carbon tax is a great idea,after hand on their heart promising before the election that there would be no carbon tax....borrowing money hand over fist.....oh yeah,and they just recently decided they are so great they gave themselves a 40% payrise....the pm supposedly gets paid more than Barrack......... :ireful::dash1: :dash2:
