Yesterday I was in Germany and I took this photo of a single flag-draped casket of a U.S. soldier on the way home. Think of the family receiving their dead relative [hero] during Christmas, forever etched into their memory. It's a very sad moment to witness. Makes me thankful for a lot of things.
