Short story:
I'm back. I sold my last FJ1200 ~2004, after falling in love with a 955i Tiger. The Tiger was brilliant, but was sold during an unemployed period. Recently I've been looking for an inexpensive full-sized bike for occasional rides, and couldn't say no when my old FJ turned up...
In 2004 she was a beauty:

She's the black '89 with PM wheels.
Fast forward to 2011, and now she's got stock wheels and brakes, mix-matched bodywork, she's beat-up, weathered and needs lots of TLC. But she runs, rides ok, and will be functionally fun, fast & comfortable with just a little work...:)

Welcome home, Joe... :good2:

i'm sure it will be fun getting to know your first love all over again.
KOokalooo!
Joe - did you sell those PM rims and brakes a few years ago? Thinking they may be the ones I'm running on my 89
