Im sure you all know me by now, but id like to help out and get you guys some parts if needed. I started a business. Xtreme Industries, LLC.
Website is being constructed as we speak.
Right now I'm getting ready to order some Volar brake pads. Can be purchased for $10 a set.
The pads I am buying are for the 86-87 and 89-90 fj1200 front pads. No pads available for the FJ1100 at the moment. These are Organic type pads. Let me know if anyone wants some!
xtremeindustriesllc@gmail.com
All the best with it mate. Can't be easy in this day and age.
But i think that you'll find that the FJ1100 front pads are the same as the 86-87 front pads, which are also the same as the rear pads on all models.
HTH.
Holy Shit! Guys...I'm sorry - but life is too short. That's all I can take. I try REALLY hard to be Politically Correct and shit - but I've just gotta ban this fucker for my own personal sanity. The utter lack of IQ on this kid is staggering. I feel like even being slightly exposed to him via this forum is lowering my intelligence. I'm sure there will be plenty of other sources of entertainment crop up in the future - but I've got to pull the plug on this one.
Not that I feel the need for justification of any kind (because I just snapped with the stupidity of this kid - so fuck it) - but according to the poll on this website - the majority of voters do believe I should ban him permanently. So there!
I second this motion
And I totally understand you Marsh.

Delete the entire thread.
I couldn't have said it better Marsh. Yep, pull the plug! Enough is enough. I gave up on him when he started lying.
I thank you for pulling the plug. :yahoo:
I was a little surprised to see him hawking his wares on here. Can't really decide if he is ballsy or clueless......... :dash2:
I'm intrigued... What on earth has this guy done? :unknown:

He's been a belligerent idiot, that has single-handedly wasted many hours of the lives of some fine folks that tried, to no avail, to help him. What did they get for all of their effort? Answer: wrong-headed, attitudinal, dishonest, stubborn, idiocy, and a complete lack of appreciation.
He has personally wastes many hours of my life that I will never get back.
Ban the fucker.
That is all.
Dan
Gotta agree on the ban- but don't take down the posts... we may want to refer to them for the next next guy that is starting down this road...
Thank you Marsh-
Tim
Marsh -
You got all my hands in the air waving agreement to banning him.

I wonder how long he will stay under the radar? If he stays true to himself he will stand out like turd in the punch bowl. I am not gonna question every new member just because IL says he intends to get a new s/n. Maybe he wants us to think that, hoping the pot gets stirred some more. If he can come back as a decent human and contributing club member then I really don't care what his name is. But the moment he shows his colors, ban him to 20 years in the electric chair. :ireful:
i didnt see much of il,s behavior ,but he sounds like a Woftas ,'waist of fucking time and space
NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Don't ban him! He's the best source of irritainment we've ever had. I was waiting to see how he would work the sale of all the parts off his parted out bikes into his new "business."
Gotta give him points for trying. Although Country Joe does bring up a good question.
Besides, I don't think he ever finished his carb rebuild.
Probably Randy and Dan's fault for being so mean to him. :-) :-)

For what it worth. Irishluck followed through promptly and well with his sale to me. I will say that the seat transaction was fair and reasonable.
I do not want to get into the merits of his case nor contribute to the public virtual stoning of this chap.
And, Karma is a cosmic force tied to all people and our collective humanity in total, so there you go and clearly we are all screwed.

I agree with Terry. If he wants to sell parts, so what? As long as he does not spam us.
Although "Extreme Industries LLC" is not a very original name. I would suggest a more appropiate name like
Caveat Emptor.....
Or perhaps "Persona Non Grata Parts"?
Karma yes...... his playing out.

That is an interesting word..... makes the creator a bit of a vocabist....
Not sure irratainment is anything I would sign up for though... and on the karma tip- I pretty sure that most of the folks agreeing with the ban are the very same folks that tried to help the guy so time and time again. So hopefully the cosmic accounts are all still in the black....

That's good form, just call me names and continue ripping up and raping a World Heritage Listed National Park. This area is one of the most beautiful places in Australia.
(for those who don't know Kakadu, think of mining Yosemite National Park)
Why not put a mine in some place where it won't be noticed, like Coober Pedy?
While uranium does produce X-Rays, that's not how they're made in medical use. All the other uses of radiactive substances you mention can be met very easily with the existing mines both here in Aus and elsewhere. Who do you hope to sell these "radiactive substances" to, India or Iran? They're the two countries currently trying to expand their nuclear programs.
Yes, I use electricity that is partially produced by coal burning generators, so? I also drive and ride vehicles that use petroleum based fossil fuels.
Neither of these means I see the world like you - As an opportunity to line my pockets no matter the cost in irreplaceable natural beauty and unique habitat.
I don't even demand that you stop digging up the world, just that you choose where you do this with more care and consideration.

I just did a quick read of this on wikipedia (granted not everything on wikipedia is factual - but usually the info is moderately accurate):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium_mining_in_Kakadu_National_Park (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranium_mining_in_Kakadu_National_Park)
It seems to me that mining began there as far back as 1956 - and it wasn't made a national park until 1981. Also - when they made it a national park they specifically excluded the mine: "Technically the site of the Ranger mine and the adjacent Jabiluka area are not part Kakadu National Park, but are completely surrounded by it, as they were specifically excluded when the park was established from 1981."
Hmmm...so, it's not as if a mine was put in a national park as seems to be the thought perpetrated here. It appears that there was mining going on here for a LONG time - and then finally someone said "hey, this place is really pretty - let's make it a national park - but we make so much money off of the mining - let's leave them alone to do their thing". And then the hippie community jumped in all Ill informed and outraged.
Anyway - this post is in no way influenced by my friendship by Klavdy - just my own research and opinion. That said - I really do know jack shit about the issue...perhaps it is more complicated than I realize...
Gettin' a little off topic, here, eh? :flag_of_truce:
The Ranger mine at Jabaluka has been there for a long time.
The current situation is that some (Klavdy's connections?) are trying to establish ANOTHER mine within the park.
There is much more within Kakadu than just pretty vistas. It is truly a magic place with great cultural and anthropological and heritage significance. Its World Heritage listing should protect it from any further debasement.

does that include when people throw their cigarette butts out their window? i don't particularly care for that...
Yes, it certainly does. A few years ago the EPA set up a system where if you saw someone littering you could report them and they'd be issued a $500 fine. If they fought the fine, you would be required to appear against them in court. I've dobbed in 2 litterers. One was a stake truck loaded with corrugated cardboard (flattened cartons) that only had a couple of ropes tossed over the top to keep them in place. However, since it was a very windy day the boxes were flying off with gusto. I tried flashing the driver but he ignored my flashing for over 15kms. losing cardboard all along the highway.
The other was a fool who tossed a cigarette butt out the window onto the roadside (into dry grass) on a Total Fire Ban day. (I stopped and extinguished the butt. Saved me from coming back in a big red truck)
I've previously picked up cig butts and tossed them back into cars. Fair play for motorcyclists who get ashed and hit frequently, I think.
Cheers,
Arnie

I got nailed for a cigarette ticket in california , ended up costing 400. fine + 8 hrs mandatory community service picking up trash. However the parks and rec guys being assholes had me dig a hole looking for a sewer pipe. 8hrs digging a hole thru rock sucks. needless to say I never accidentally dropped a unlit butt out of a car again.
