Hi Fellow Fjers.Ive seen these on ebay and was wondering if they are of any noticeable benefit,or is the money better spent on some after market coils?Has anyone tried them?

Gimmick..... spend the money on better things. These, the E3 spark plugs and lots of other stuff designed to separate you from your money out there.... DYNA coils and a good set of wire (NOT carbon-impregnated fiberglass) wires do a much better job.
If you have openly broken wires, they will definitely be an improvement. Otherwise a massive waste of money. If you do have crappy wires, they're still a waste of money as you can make your own with minimal fuss.
So long as the wires you have don't change resistance when you bend or twist them, have intact covers, and light the plug, they're fine. As for plugs, you can pretty much skip all of the fancy designs. Only very few have been proven to work (the CRxEK NGK's for example, but they don't fit the FJ head without a bunch of work, and ain't cheap). IMO it's more important to have a plug that's appropriately gapped, running clean (which may be hotter or colder than the manual specs), and in good phsyical shape than some fancy design that looks great on the packaging. Side gap and index them if you're bored, but you're not going to see huge gains.
