Hello, has anyone attempted to fit a newer (86 to 95 ) gas cap to an 85 tank? I prefer the newer style over the older style gas cap.

Step 1 bolt on 86-87 tank step 2 bolt on flush cap.

Simple ain't it.

No...not that simply..remote location ....with no selection to swap tanks.
