Like a "sleeping policeman"? "Speed bump" here in the states....
FJMonkey said, "Like a "sleeping policeman"? "Speed bump" here in the states...."
Well, sorta. "Sleeping policemen" are a raised 3-4 inch round bump about 2 feet in diameter that are in the center of the intersection. The intent is to make sure you don't 'cut the corner'.
Might work ok for cars, but the first time you hit one on a bike at night, might be the last time you ride.
I know I've never hit a 2nd one, so maybe it works.... but very dangerously
Cheers,
Arnie

There's no such thing as THE "real" world, the world (as you see it) is merely your perception and interpretation of it... Albert Einstein

Shouldn't those be Smooth Blocks? Since they smooth instead of silence?
I'm sure glad I put the Dyna Sparky Blocks on my FJ a few years ago. Maybe I'll have a look at changing over to the FJR hydraulic pressure block now that I've got a double force ring on my torque amplification device (clutch).

Ok, alla you old men need to take your Namenda and Aricept. And maybe some Haldol...
Crazy nutjobs! :dash1:
Damn, Andy, do you run a pharmacy?
My medicine cabinet consists of Tums and Tylenol.
Maybe I need a checkup and a prescription.

Wouldn't that be a torque transmission device or possibly the output modulation mechanism....While the primary reduction block is attached to the clutch by the silent output device on the wobbleshaft the clutch does not actually modulate or amplify torque...
Thinking about growing a proper porn stache... any cleaning or grooming tips Oh knowledgeable one?

This has certainly taken an ugly turn off topic. :-)
I feel the need to continue unnecessary quoting. Why do you guys quote a page and a half of shit just to include a few words of comment? Are we so stupid that we can't remember the topic we're replying to? Maybe I really shouldn't ask that question?
