Title: feel like an idiot asking this.....
Post by: irishluck on June 10, 2011, 03:05:55 PM
So I feel really dumb asking this, cant find the ground battery cable on the bike. Only cable I see that looks like that is the one coming from starter and that should bolt on that little solenoid that's connecting to the battery. Looked all over, just cant find the ground cable, are they originally bolted on the frames? maybe i took it off and lost it. idk, if that's the case where is it suppose to bolt to....

Thanks

Not sure what they did with 91 and up but the 84 through 90 the ground came off one of the bolts on the rear of the engine. It's been so long but there might have been a pigtale that attached to the frame.

We have all been there, thanks for playing. Just be happy your rear wheel is not Purple/Blue.
