Sorta like how we do our deer....except we don't have all the fancy machines... :yes:
Looks like he does an awesome job and is damn proud of it too... :good2: ..
We buy our beef locally raised by a farmer and can only hope that it is processed as well as Larry treats his product.

Gotta run...bbq is smoking... :biggrin:
