Can anyone please tell me the exact height of the 'YAMAHA' lettering on the chin scoop of an 86 FJ1200. Im having it redone and the decal place first told me to just take a picture of it and now that the lettering is gone and i have fresh paint on it they decided they want to know the height. :(

I just measured and the letters are 2 3/4 inches ( 2.75 ) inches ... convert to centimeters. Note the original Yamaha is on one larger sticker the total sticker height is actually 2.75 inches -- but the letters fill the sticker almost to the top and bottom so 2.75 is pretty accurate... there might have been 1 millimeter of white between the top of the letter and edge of the sticker so not much difference
