I was so close to making the sale today but I backed out. I rode this bike around today and HOLY BALLS does it run and ride nice. I cant believe how FAST these things are, too!

Its still quite the wreck, though most of the parts will bolt right on, I might need help building a complete right fork out of what I have.
I need to find me a front fairing, tank, turn signals, mirrors, rear fairing....fix that fork, and then hot damn! it will be rideable!
know the feeling. I have an old 86 1200 on its second engine, over 100 M miles on it...it ain't pretty. Been waiting a year for the safety..always another problem. It's sat for over three years now. Mechanic fired it up the other day, said it went like stink. Worth fixing, worth keeping, worth enjoying..even if it won't win the beauty contest :nyam1:
