That I became a proud FJ owner.
This is me and my youngest son the day I bought it.

And in that year, I have rode more miles on two wheels than I have in the past 10 years, found new friends here and modded the FJ from the start.

It came equipped with a Corbin lady gunfighter seat and a blue tinted wind screen and saddle bags and tank bag.

Mods up to this point,

Polished:
Head pipes
Forks
Rims
Case covers
Levers
Rear Grab handles

Added:
CBR mirrors
R6 front calipers
FZ6 front M/C
Delkevic cans
Avon radials
RPM spin-on oil filter adapter
Vibranator bar ends
Super Brace
Bar risers

Bobbed the rear fender.

Future mods:
Rennec case guards
FZR 17" rear wheel
S/S front brake lines
RAM GPS mount
HID headlight
LED tail light
New belly scoop

I don't know about some of you, but I don't think the mod-bug has had much effect on me :sarcastic: :lol:

Let me mark this point in time, and thank each and everyone here that has helped feed my desire to become a true FJOwner.

Happy anniversary! Very informative overview, I've never stopped to think about what I've done with the FJ, thanks for the reminder of what an impetus for positive change bikes can be in our lives.

Just an update to my mod list.

I have since added:

Rennec case guards
S/S front brake lines
RAM GPS mount
LED tail light.
