I give 2wheelscustom a solid thumbs down.
I purchased turnsignal resistors for the led turn signals on my bike. They did not work so I returned them as per an email or two.Now they wont even return my emails or answer the phone. They have a false phone # listed at ebay so I am still trying to get a real phone #.
I have started a case against them through ebay resolution center. Before the purchase they answered there messages right away now they have the money and the item back they ignore me.
I looked at there feedback and they have a lot of negative feedback so do yourself a favour and dont take a risk on them they might just screw you around too.
Why not check their feedback before you deal with them? This may help to avoid dealing with shonky sellers. :negative:
I bought a $14 item its not worth 30 min to research.i had my doubts when the add was 2 feet long. but I did it anyway's.(should have known better)
Big time sellers will screw you in a heartbeat they will only communicate with you when they think you will spend money.I dont care about $14 but I do care about geting screwed around.Resistors didnt do what they said they would so I sent them back. They got them back on Mar 3rd 9:52 a.m.
I also just bought a head gasket which also came damaged. It was inside 2 pieces of cardboard that had been folded over so their was a nice crease in it.
As soon as I posted on ebay that it came damaged the seller called me on the phone offered to replace it or refund my $$.He then refunded my money before I even sent the gasket back.Thats how to do biz.It took a 2 min phone call.2wheelcustom has a false phone # listed on ebay so I cant call them.I have been buying and selling waverunner parts for years and there are some vendors I will purchase from and there are some I will not.If I have to chase someone around for whatever reason I will go somewhere else I dont care if they are God or think they are. There are some good vendors out there that are to busy to return calls or emails etc thats fine but I wont chase after them if they dont do what they say they will do and I still deal with them then im stupid.Big companies wont even put there phone # out there for you to call they hide behind automated websites.garyhl2004 sold me the head gasket I give him a thumbs up he took care of me right away.
I usually try and find more than one dealer for the parts I'm after, then spend a couple of minutes studying their feedback. If the price is similar from both sources, I will buy from the one with better feedback. I agree with you that it's hardly worth spending a long period of time doing research for a low cost item. Unfortunately, it's usually the people that sell these low cost items that abuse the system and rip people off. I suppose they think along the lines of, I've made very little profit out of the deal so I don't have to honor ebay rules. Then there are some that just rip people off.
I've had many dealings on ebay and I haven't had any problems at all, but I do feel for those that have. It's a rotten feeling to be let down or ripped off by anybody. I suppose that's just my trusting nature.
Anyway I hope you get your problem resolved ASAP. Regards, Pete.
