Hi could anybody help me with ideas on trip that i,m taking in Europe taking in France, Belgium, Netherlands & Germany where to go and camp sites I,m travelling from N, Ireland, Wales England to Folkstone to Calais. Be glad of any input :good2:

The best tip I can give you is to obtain a Michelin Green Guide for the areas you intend to visit. These guides have good maps at the front highlighting places of interest and touring routes.
Is your route NI to Dublin then a ferry to Holyhead? Another way would be Belfast to Stranraer then Newcastle to Amsterdam.
My favourite places in the countries you mention are mostly in Germany: the Moselle valley between Koblenz & Trier, Heidelberg, the Romantic Road between Wurzburg, Rothenburg and down to the Bavarian Alps, Garmish-Partenkirchen and mad King Ludwig's castles in Bavaria. I also recommend the German Motorcycle Museum at Nekarsulm and the Mercedes Benz museum in Stuttgart. Bruges in Belgium is nice as is the Jura Mountains region in eastern France.
I used to tour Europe in the '80s and would love to again but my woman would not sit a bike for that long and with fuel & ferry prices it's cheaper to fly to Spain or Greece and rent a villa.
