Great job. Looks fantastic.  :good2:
I am in the process of redoing my 86 chin fairing as well. Had some cracks repaired by a someone that does very nice plastic welding. In the sanding /prepping stage right now. Gonna paint it white and have the decals/stripes made up and clear over everything.
Did you do the tri-paint or just white? I am toying with attempting the tri-paint. If not I will just to do a base clear.

Cheers...Jake

Can I send you mine? Only 2 layers of paint AND it's not fiberglass! Inspiring work, keep it up!

Is that an aftermarket fiberglass piece?
Did you install any thermo insulation to the inside like the factory does on the stock plastic piece?

By the way, damn fine workmanship!

Yeah, well mine matches the bike, except I don't have the seat warmer for the FJ.

Is this what the thread has evolved to? chairs, well the first one doesn't appear to be a recliner. But I'm not expert.

I'm not proud, I'll post a picture of a recliner to make my 500th post. It's better than a pic of my bike under a pile of parts and Christmas decorations.

You don't like recliners? Or is it the color? Surely you can't smell it, in which case I would understand your revulsion. Toddler+sardines = not good.

No, man... the cat!

My last interaction with a cat almost cost me an ECFR...

Infected joint capsule.

That's about the only angle I could take pics left-handed, Harvy!

Eric, it looked a lot better before the doc got ahold of it, but it felt a lot better afterwards...

It was barely healed enough to get a glove over it by ECSR, lol

Cats are for external use only. What the hell, did it bite into the knuckle joint? Are you sure it wasn't a spider bite?

Nah, the furry thing I had to literally pry from my finger definitely had just 4 legs...

One of it's fangs punctured the joint capsule.  The picture was a couple of days before they decided to debride the area.  It actually was swollen a good bit more, as was the entire hand, but it was hurting too much for me to think to get another pic of it.

I was fortunate to keep the finger and to make the rally.

AFLAC didn't believe the claim until I sent them pics of the bite.

You probably made the mistake of trying to take the remote control away. As you can see He's getting the claws ready when I get close.
He also claims the best viewing seat in the living room, don't even think of moving him.  :negative:

Randy T,

Did you give the cat a nice burial, or just toss it in the garbage can?
