Loosen old bits.  Put new bits where old ones were.  Tighten things up.  Very easy.

Is this dude for real?  WTF?  3 posts so far - all equally confusing.  He appears to be in the UK around the London area...but they do speak English over there...so I am at a loss.

Perhaps a troll?  I just don't know.
