Working in I.T. I can say it's very therapeutic to go out and shoot computer equipment.
Lets now put some Shoei Helmets on the firing range because their customer service concerns are right up there with HP. Once they got your money they don't give a shit and its your problem.

Kinda reminds me of the story of a guy who buys a new car, rings the dealer's service department up a few days later, "ahhh that new car I bought from you, the engine won't start, I think it may have water in the carby, you better send a tow truck out".
Dealer: "okay then sir, why do you think it may be water in the carb and where's the car now?"
Owner: "well I was just driving along minding my own business crackin' another can which sprayed all over the inside of the windscreen, couldn't see where I was going and so I swerved off the road into the river".
