Title: Replacement oil cooler

  Could anyone give me an idea whats an upgrage to a stock oil cooler. Has anyone used an Earl's and whats needed to do an install. Thanks. Jeff.

i have a setrab 10 row oil cooler on my bike.... dropped the oil temps 40 degrees

This is what I went with.
some say it's too large
but keeps the motor real cool

I change my oil yesterday and I was still able to get the exhaust on and off without having to remove the cooler.
I have to turn the cooler with the fittings on the top to avoid draining the oil out of it when the motor is turned off.
it makes it had to judge oil level with the extra volume it holds

that is a sweet oil cooler! Where'd you get it?

i'll measure it and get back on the size
i cut angle aluminum and covered the side mounting
I still get air over the top to the head
it is no taller then the stock cooler only lower
width is about the same and I use the oem mount points
