Title: hagon rear shock
Post by: courtsdaddy on September 08, 2010, 02:48:08 PM
has anyone put a hagon rear shock on their bike and how do you like it?  I was looking at getting one and ran accross a great deal so before I buy it I was looking for some feedback.

Hagon and Wilbers seem to be the shock of choice in the UK and Europe.

I may be wrong, but I think they come from the same manufacturer.

I've got a Hagon on mine, its a good shock, OK its probably not as good as an Ohlin, but it does not need an arm and leg to buy it.

Hi
I have a Hagon on my 89 FJ, I find it good, but there is not a lot of choice over here in the UK.
The Wilbers shock is German and a bit more expensive. I would like a Penske but again out of my budget.

So i have a Hagon much much better than stock though.

Adam.

I put one on my 89 at the start of this summer...they set it up for my weight and riding style...i made no adjustments and found it to be almost perfect.....that, along with new fork springs, really makes the bike a joy.  I believe it was under 500.oo
