Reply to a post within this thread, format it as you wish and such, then click "additional options" at the bottom left.
Mostly tells you what to do at that point, albeit you may have to zip the file.
That being said, compare over here (http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?board=23.0) for duplication or things you want to steal to improve your own.... and probably post a copy of your version over there as well!

I've been using that same basic spreadsheet for a variety of motorcycles since 2002.
