Title: 1989 Gearing Chart
Post by: UJM on July 23, 2010, 06:28:05 PM
I plugged in the most accurate data I could find, I'm not perfect, this should be close.

I've got the spreadsheet in works spreadsheet, excel will open it, easy to change the gearing and see the changes.

PM me if you would like me to email it to you.

Oh - tire size is based on the Avon, they all differ a bit.

Actually sir if you would like to add the xls file to this post, you're entirely able.

Reply to a post within this thread, format it as you wish and such, then click "additional options" at the bottom left.

Mostly tells you what to do at that point, albeit you may have to zip the file.

That being said, compare over here (http://www.fjowners.com/index.php?board=23.0) for duplication or things you want to steal to improve your own.... and probably post a copy of your version over there as well!

I've been using that same basic spreadsheet for a variety of motorcycles since 2002.

Sorry I posted a duplicate, I'd delete it if I could.

I must not have the right authorization levels -

I've not been thrilled with this forums software, but for the price, no need to complain.
