Which ring ( ...mm?) should I use for a regulier oil change?

Filsurs,
Take the ring (it is called a crush washer) to the auto parts store and match it up to what they have. Crush washers are sold by the bag. Some are copper, some are aluminum.

On my 1986 it's a 14mm crush washer

I don't recommend copper as the pan threads are not full circular and can strip out when trying to compress the washer.

I have attached the link to the Yamaha crush washer that should be replaced at every oil change.
