It's not perfect but it's closer to it than I am -
Photoshop fun after a mow, FJ related
Nice work Steve....that's framed poster material. 👍🏻
The TMR series Mikuni's have rollers on those flat slides....(but twice the $$$)
Still, for street use, the oem FJ's Constant Velocity carbs are pretty darn versatile.
Something to be said about a carb design that can take your FJ from sea level to 14k feet (Pikes Peak) Without a hiccup or fouled plugs.
Even still, I do want to try some 38mm or 40mm TMR's on my 1380cc FJ.
I've been told that would be like finding religion.
Besides....What could possibly go wrong?

I've got a set of 36 TMR's for my CB750 Pat. They are for my last engine build for that bike. 6mm stroker crank and 72mm bore (stock is 61mm).....1123cc's.
I like the TMR roller design better than the FCR's...less complicated, The accelerator pump is more adjustable as well.

I won't tell you what the set of Bito RD FCR's for my CBX build cost. Luckily I had a ton of "priceless" CB750 parts that I unloaded.

Time to sell 3 FJ's to be able to buy one set of carbs, LOL
