Merry Xmas and Happy holidays to all!

Thank you Randy and Robert for your continued support and providing us this forum. Lately I noticed we have some new FJ owners, I hope this forum is as helpful to them as it was for me.

Let's get together for a ride in 2024.

Cheers!  Pat

And the same to you and your loved ones too, mate.
Hope to see you for a ride this year,  maybe September, and catch up.
Since we last met, there's been a few things happen that kinda delayed many peoples plans.
Northern California beckons!
Cheers

.....Since we last met, there's been a few things happen that kinda delayed many peoples plans....

Minor things....like going back to college and getting your law degree....little things like that...

I wonder if having an Australian Solicitor riding with us...will keep us out of jail...or get us into jail?

In anticipation, I'm starting to save my bail money now.....oh wait....i think Calif. no longer requires bail...I think...

Hahaha!
Yep, sure did, mate; went to University and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree over the last few years, so how bout that?
You won't need to worry about bail money, we'll have a decoy , a sacrificial decoy.
remember that time in Colorado when that random strange woman told us how Deputy Scott, the one-eyed LEO, was "HE A ASSHOLE!" and that Herny was "GOING TO JAIL"?
I'm keen to go back to Colorado, it's so pretty, and the roads are great. Take 4-5 weeks , ride out to Colorado, go up to Northern Cali, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Monument valley again too.
Hmmm.

There's been a lot of 'Rider Share" type bike rental places come online in the last few years, ( https://www.riders-share.com/ (https://www.riders-share.com/) )  I might look at something like that.

Klav, if you want to ride a well sorted '89 with only 12k miles on the odometer, I have one here in Arizona with your name on it.

The tale of Henry Russell (RIP) Yea, that was funny as hell...ole Henry screaming by that cop just as the cop was taking a sip of his coffee...scared the shit out of him...(Henry passed all of us on the outside while Klav and I were riding behind the cop)
Klav...did you see that cop truck weave when Henry passed him? Sweet Jesus. We were going the 45mph speed limit directly behind the cop and Henry must have going 80+ he was flying...Yep, I thought ole Henry was toast.
(Henry got a rolling start to pass and came up from behind a string of cars...and didn't realize the truck in front of us was a Colorado Sheriff... he passed all of us...flying) Henry got away with just a unsafe passing citation.

We are long over due for another adventure...

Paul Lawson and his work friend, Rowland Picard and I are going on a 20 day ride coming up the middle of April thru the middle of May. Taking the big loop thru Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, South and North Dakota....it's gonna be great.

Looking forward to seeing you again old friend.  Cheers.  Pat
