I made a temorary checklist
stearinghead bearings
fork stanchions and seals
wheelbearings
Rear axle bearings
Brake calipers and disks and hoses
Frame rust
wheels lose spokes or damage
gastank rust inside
driveshaft and splines
oil leaks
exhaust rust
electrical stuff
frame and engine vin nr the same ?
check for smoke at startup and while driving
colant leaks radiator
That is my temporary checklist, i would like to check the compression ,but the owner might not allow or have time for that
It has a miles odometer so i will change that to km but dont know if that will be expensive?

I was going to buy a 1977 Kawasaki kz1000 last week, but that got sold in front of my nose before i had the chance to travel to the place it was and have a look at it i think
it also was because i told the seller on mail that i wanted to take a comp test befor i bought it.

If anybody has a clue what more i should be looking out for tell me

Cam belts. Looking at the fiche there isn't much in the way of OEM replacement parts.
