Nice little ride around in the Cotswolds yesterday with a couple of pals on bikes 30 years younger than mine. You'd never know it by the way they go down the road.
The younger guys I ride with are constantly surprised by how capable the old FJ is :sarcastic:

Nice report and picks Dean ! wery nice bikes and houses there in England .But warn that dude on the Triumph about his helmet .I once loaned a helmet like that (cross helmet ) it had that sun shade flap sticking out and it was too big for my head. i was going wery fast and suddenly when i tilted my head a little up the wind
ripped off the sunshade flap and the lower part of helmet that is suposed to be over the cheak twisted up in front of my eyes made me see nothing =)
just be aware of that

Yeah, that's a good point and he's aware of the problem. He's mainly ridden a KTM 525 Enduro/Super-Moto bike recently, so hasn't really been used to higher speeds on the roads.
On his Triumph, until he gets a new helmet (he's been tying various ones on to see which best fit his head shape) he's asked us to keep off the higher speed routes and to keep our speeds down to below 130kph/80mph :good2:
