Title: Twist of the Wrist II by Keith Cole - anyone wached it?
Post by: indyblue on March 10, 2022, 02:48:47 PM
Great tutorial and info for the novice or even experienced riders that have never really been professionally taught how to navigate the twisties on a bike.
It took me a couple times watching it to fully absorb the material but worth the watch.

WARNING, terrible acting but great concepts.

Haven't watched it - but did like the first book.  I use the $10 worth of attention concept in flight instruction too

I read and digested the first book more times than I can remember - and I practiced everything diligently for years. It made me a much better (safer and faster) rider and I still use the things I learned today.

Not seen the video, but I will watch it - right now, I think the Canyon Chaser's riding technique videos are the best out there at the minute, particularly the Beginners Cornering video - I challenge everyone to watch it and tell me you ride exactly like they instruct !!!!!
