Where is the frame VIN located? I can't find it.

Should be a tag above the oil cooler area. If I remember correctly.

Like Robert said,
Sticker-Tag underneath the steering-stem area at the front of the frame.
It also should be stamped on top of the frame just under the upper right side inner-fairing panel, just aft of the steering-stem area.
