This took place July 22nd thru August 7th this past summer.
All the footage was shot with a GoPro Hero-9 Black and iPhone 12-pro Max
Been learning a lot about "OpenShot" video-editor, and YouTube's video-compression issues.
Took me a solid week of free-time to put this together.
No FJs were harmed in the making of this Video.
Hope you guys enjoy it :drinks:

Wow Alan, that is spectacular, both in production and content. If I wanted to get someone interested in motorcycle touring and they remained unexcited at the end of this, I'd give up on the spot. So many great places and you only covered a patch of the country. Some folks just have an eye for a good shot and some don't, I don't, that is a really slick video.
It's not very common yet to see bike footage using a gimbal, it takes it into a professional league. You should be thrilled with the results and full marks for your editing skills, I've already shared it with a lot of friends and groups.

Thanks for the kind words Noel.
Glad you enjoyed it.
I WILL take credit for the filming, the shots, and all the editing, but the credit for the "Gimbal" footage goes to the GoPro Hero-9 Black.
I used the "Horizon Leveling" and "Image Stabilization" features almost exclusively while filming with it. It uses more battery power in these modes, but the end results that you see are worth it.
It's all in the power of this little Camera.
I am amazed and impressed with the capabilities...............so much so that I bought a second one at the end of Summer, (there was a killer sale on them just before they released the Hero-10) so now I have 2 to play with!
Excellent video Alan, I throughly enjoyed that. Great editing and super clear footage, GoPros certainly have come a long way with technology compared to the originals I have. You truly have some spectacular scenery over your side of the world compared to where I live and would love to visit there one day and experience it in person.
Yes, they are truly amazing, my son has upgraded to the latest gopro, powered gimgal, whizzo still camera and DJI but none of it's worth a cracker if you don't have a good eye for what makes a great shot or a great video and you have it.
Alan, you could slip some of your footage into MI27 or the latest Bond movie and no one would notice. How cool is that, movie standard filming tools now available for modest money to the man in the street.

Very very cool Alan, thank you!
